The one-line version: your text never leaves your device. Every text tool runs entirely in your browser, so there is nothing for us to store, log or leak. The only thing that ever reaches our server is a typing score, and only if you are signed in and press Save.

What happens to the text you paste

Nothing leaves your browser. Not "we delete it quickly" — it is never sent in the first place.

ToolWhere it runsWhat reaches our server
Delimiter converter and all 16 conversions Your browserNothing.
Counters, case converter, slug generator Your browserNothing.
Find & replace, sort and dedupe Your browserNothing.
Typing test Your browserYour score, and only if you press Save while signed in.
Verify it in five seconds. Turn off your Wi-Fi and keep using any tool on this site. Everything still works, because the code is already on your machine. Or open your browser's Network tab and watch: typing into a tool produces no requests.

What we collect

If you create an account

  • Username and email — the email is used for verification and password resets, nothing else.
  • A hashed password — we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who steals the database.
  • Saved typing scores — WPM, accuracy, duration and difficulty. Never the text you typed.

If you never sign in

  • Aggregate analytics — we use Clicky for page views and referrers. No profiles, no ad networks.
  • Feedback messages — only what you type into the feedback form, plus your email if you add one.

What we deliberately do not collect

  • The text you process with any tool.
  • Your conversion history — that lives in your browser's local storage and you can clear it from the History panel.
  • Anything sold or shared with third parties. We run no advertising.

Cookies

Two kinds, both boring. A session cookie remembers whether you are signed in and which language you picked. Clicky sets its own analytics cookie. That is the entire list.

Deleting your data

Use the feedback button in the sidebar and ask. We will remove your account and every saved score. If you never made an account, there is nothing to delete — see the About page for how the site is built and who runs it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell my data?

No. Delimiter.site runs no advertising and shares no data with third parties. There is nothing to sell, because the text you paste is never stored.

What cookies does Delimiter.site set?

Two. A session cookie remembers your sign-in state and language choice, and Clicky sets one analytics cookie for aggregate page-view statistics.

How do I delete my account and data?

Send a request through the feedback button in the sidebar. Your account and every saved typing score are removed. If you never created an account there is nothing stored.

Is the text I paste into a tool ever uploaded?

No. Every text tool on Delimiter.site runs entirely in the browser, so the text is never transmitted. You can confirm this by disconnecting from the internet and continuing to use any tool, or by watching your browser's Network tab.
